Aurora reindeer safari

The guide will take you on a reindeer sleigh ride during dark time, when it’s possible to see the Aurora Borealis while enjoying a ride with the reindeers. After the sleigh ride the guide will make a fire either outside or inside the traditional Sámi hut that is called a ”Laavu”. If the weather is good, and there is a possibility to see the Aurora Borealis, you can either stay outside by the fire, getting warm, drinking hot drinks, eating some snacks, give food for the reindeer and possibly watching the Auroras. The guide will also tell stories about the Reindeer herding culture and about the local Sámi culture.

Bookings 1 day prior before 18.00.

Reindeer safaris are possible only on Tuesdays
